This Refund Policy (“Policy”) is issued by MOY Mobile Technology Co., Ltd. (“the Company“) and applies to all products and services purchased through the Company’s platform or systems, including but not limited to SMS services, voice services, and Rich Media Messaging (RMM) services (“Services”).
This Policy aims to clearly define the conditions, procedures, and limitations related to refund requests. By using any of our Services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Policy.
1. Scope of Application
This Policy applies to all paid Services offered by the Company, including but not limited to:
Domestic and international SMS services (notifications, verification codes, marketing)
Domestic and international voice services (voice notifications, voice routing)
Multimedia messaging services (video SMS within China, RMM internationally)
2. Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
The service must still be within its validity period (meaning there is a remaining top-up balance in the account that has not yet been used.);
The service must not have been fully consumed (i.e., remaining service credits exist);
Refund requests that do not meet these conditions will be denied.
3. Refund Calculation
The refundable amount will be calculated based on the total amount paid by the user, minus the following:
Used Service Charges: Fees calculated based on the actual number of SMS/voice/RMM units consumed;
Processing Fee: Covers third-party payment gateway charges and administrative costs, calculated at 5% of the refundable amount (minimum charge of RMB 10 or equivalent in foreign currency).
Refund Formula:
Refund Amount = Total Payment – Consumed Services – Processing Fee
If the consumed amount exceeds the total payment, or the remaining amount is less than the minimum processing fee, no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Request Procedure
Users must submit a refund request through official support channels and provide the following information:
Order number
Payment proof
Service usage logs (downloadable from the system backend)
Explanation of refund reason
The Company will review the request within five (5) business days and notify the user of the outcome via email or other official communication methods.
If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within seven (7) business days. Actual fund arrival time may vary depending on the payment channel.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
User misoperation or incorrect configuration resulting in service failure;
Service termination due to violations of the Terms of Service, abuse, or illegal activity;
Service interruptions or delivery failures due to force majeure events (e.g., network failure, natural disasters, wars, regulatory changes);
Purchases explicitly marked as “non-refundable” or “non-refundable once used”;
Full usage of the service or expiration of the service validity period.
6. Special Statement
The Company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all refund requests.
If the user disagrees with the refund outcome, they may submit a formal appeal. The Company will re-evaluate the case within a reasonable period.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time for operational or legal compliance needs. Any updates will be published in advance on the official website and user portal. The revised Policy takes effect upon publication.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
Any disputes arising from or relating to this Policy shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiations fail, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction in the Company’s place of registration.
